Yacht Rock

The “Yacht Rock” music genre has seen a surge in popularity recently. The sound originated in Southern California a half century ago, and now it's the focus of a new HBO film called “Yacht Rock: A Dockumentary,” which profiles such artists as Steely Dan, Kenny Loggins, Christopher Cross, Michael McDonald and Toto.

The AstroYachts is a Los Angeles based Yacht Rock Revue that gives Yacht Rock an energy that’s out of this world! This campy yet highly professional revue takes the audience on a fun trip up the coast of AM gold and re-creates all the Yacht Rock favorites in a fun environment that has everyone singing along and dancing to all their favorite Yacht Rock classics.
